Alquerías de Pozos is a residential condominium community south of San Luis Potosí, reached via Eje 128. It is close to the industrial zone and within easy reach of the city centre, in a quiet, clean, gated setting.
Alquerías has generous green spaces, a 9-hole par-3 golf course, and facilities for tennis, padel and other sports. Supermarkets, schools and other services are nearby.
The community covers almost 700,000 m², with approximately 375,000 m² allocated to residential lots and about 320,000 m² to common and green areas, including the golf course. It has 446 lots, from roughly 400 m² to more than 5,000 m², and is currently home to more than 200 families of different ages.
